75 gr tagliatelle pasta

50 grams pangasius fillet

50 grams frozen stir fry shrimps

50 grams boiled and frozen mussels

1 white onion

half a red bell pepper

4 mushrooms, cut in quarters

2 tomatoes

200 ml of soy cream

1 tablespoon freshly cut parsley

2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon sweet pepper powder

olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

  1. Prepare the pasta as said on the label
  2. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Fry the onion and mushrooms for some minutes
  3. Meanwhile, defrost the fish in cold, pouring water, and cut it into small pieces.
  4. Fry the bell pepper shortly together with the onion and mushrooms until soft. Add soy cream together with cut parsley, pepper, salt, and fish. Let it simmer for 6-8 minutes until shrimps are done. Stir one spoon of parmesan in the last minute.
  5. Serve the sauce on top of the pasta and place two tomatoes, some extra parsley, and the remaining parmesan on top.
