Pangasius fillet in cream sauce



• 2 pangasius fillets

• 1 red onion or purple onion

• 1 clove of garlic

• 3 scoops of fresh cream (creme fraiche)

• 1/2 teaspoon mustard

• A little grated cheese

• Pepper (if desired)


1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper

2. Place the fish fillets on top of the paper.

3. Make topping with creme fraiche, mustard and pepper

4. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius

5. Cut red onion or purple onion into rings, cut garlic cloves into slices

6. Saute onion with butter in a pan, then add garlic and gently saute

7. When the onion turns translucent white, you can add the cream topping, mix the mixture and heat for half a minute.

8. Then spread this mixture evenly over the fish fillets, sprinkle with a little grated cheese (moderate amount) and coarsely ground black pepper.

9. Place the fish baking tray in the middle of the oven.

10. About 25 minutes you can enjoy the dish.
