1 pangasius filet

1/2 tablespoon garlic

1 teaspoon green chili

3 tablespoon mayonnaise



1/2 cup spring onions

1/2 tablespoon ginger

3 tablespoon virgin olive oil

1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper

8 slices brown bread

2 cup water

  1. Chop the spring onion, garlic, ginger and green chili in a bowl. Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add the chopped ginger, garlic and green chilies in the pan and salt according to your taste. Stir fry the ingredients for a while.
  2. Now, chop the pangasius filet into small pieces and wash them under running water. Pat dry them with a kitchen cloth and add these pieces to the pan along with chopped onion. Stir fry for about 5 minutes. After this, remove the pieces from the pan and let them cool down for a while then add salt to your taste
  3. Mix mayonnaise with black pepper to make white sauce
  4. Take two bread slices and coat with margarine on both sides. Add the fish and the mayonnaise mixture on the first bread with margarine base and place the other slice of bread on the mixture. Grill the sandwich for about 3-5 minutes. Your fish sandwich is ready to serve!
