- INGREDIENTS
75 gr tagliatelle pasta
50 grams pangasius fillet
50 grams frozen stir fry shrimps
50 grams boiled and frozen mussels
1 white onion
half a red bell pepper
4 mushrooms, cut in quarters
2 tomatoes
200 ml of soy cream
1 tablespoon freshly cut parsley
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon sweet pepper powder
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
- DIRECTIONS
- Prepare the pasta as said on the label
- Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Fry the onion and mushrooms for some minutes
- Meanwhile, defrost the fish in cold, pouring water, and cut it into small pieces.
- Fry the bell pepper shortly together with the onion and mushrooms until soft. Add soy cream together with cut parsley, pepper, salt, and fish. Let it simmer for 6-8 minutes until shrimps are done. Stir one spoon of parmesan in the last minute.
- Serve the sauce on top of the pasta and place two tomatoes, some extra parsley, and the remaining parmesan on top.
