- INGREDIENTS
500 g pangasius filet
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
400 g Provencal wok vegetables
100 ml dry white wine
350 g tomato frito
1 tsp dried Provencal herbs
1 fresh baguette
- DIRECTIONS
- Finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 30 sec. Add the wok vegetables and turn the heat to high. Bake while stirring for 2 min.
- Add the wine, tomato sauce, and Provençal herbs and bring to the boil.
- Cut the pangasius into pieces. Turn the heat to low and put the fish in the sauce. Cover the stew for 6 min.
- Season with pepper and salt if desired. Serve the fish stew with the baguette.
