Ingredients (For 4 Servings)
• 4 pangasius fillets
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Spices for marinating pangasius
• 2g coriander powder
• 2g salt
• 2g black pepper
• 2g dill
Tahine saus
• 40g chopped parsley
• 30ml Tahine
• 5ml lemon juice
• 2g salt
• 25ml of water

Processing pangasius
1. Add all the spices to marinate the fish fillet and let the fish marinate for 2 hours
2. Then heat the pan and add about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry each side for 3 minutes.
Make Tahine saus
1. Chop the parsley, add it to the tahine, add salt, lemon and 50ml cold water.
2. Stir until mixture is well mixed.
