• 1 kg pangasius fillet

  • 5 cloves garlic

  • 1 head onions

  • 800g tomatoes canned and peeled

  • 60 ml olive oil

  • black pepper

  • paprika

  • white pepper

  • nutmeg

  • 1 tea spoon basil

  • salt

  • flour

  • 1 pinch sugar


  1. Cut the pangasius filet coarsely and season with a bit of every spice.

  2. For the tomato sauce: fry the onion and crushed garlic and add canned tomatoes. Simmer until they are dissolved well.

  3. Preheat a little oil and fry the pangasius pieces that have been rolled in a little flour or breadcrumbs. When ready, put them in the pan and add the seasoned tomato sauce with spices.

  4. Bake the dish in a preheated oven at 190 °C.

  5. Serve lightly chilled with fresh sliced tomato for decoration.
